The hotel's commitment to organic produce was evident in the delicious rye bread made from wheat grown on-site and the fresh organic eggs. the charming setting amidst hotel-family farms added to the overall ambiance, reminiscent of the beauty of Ortisei. Staying at Haflingerhof Villa not only exceeded my expectations but also left me with a deep appreciation for its dedication to organic living and genuine hospitality.
